b) Work procedures, communication, a personal approach, and work with data are projected by a qualified methodology according to individual tasks, as required by the framework of activity in the agreed cooperation.
c) The course framework is based on hotel management skills (4 Stars), project RICS methodology, and franchise standards. It requires activeness and restraint, as well as loyalty in our approach.
d) The complete pricing structure is straightforward - activities are paid for the days we worked.
Service tickets can take many forms, and we implement these activities for you personally on a day-to-day basis.

in connection with the currency tariff stated by the Czech National Bank.
Prices specified here are valid until 20.12.2026, currency 1 EUR = 24.30 CZK.
The prices are calculated incl. tax, excluding direct expenses.
Daily, weekly, and monthly fees are available.
All PDF reports and e-data are in written form if needed, on demand, and
these are part of Service Tickets, Rack Rates, and Fees specified above.
On-site activity and bilingual documents are included in the price (EN + CZ/DE).

The Contractor shall observe the company rules and policies of the Principal and follow directions and instructions provided by the Principal. The Contractor shall at all times and under all circumstances agree to defend the good reputation of the firm, its prosperity, and the justifiable interests of the Principal.
Confidentiality
- The Contractor shall keep confidential any information that he will know internally or that will be made available to him or which he may obtain from the Principal.
